We aren’t a broker

Nuqta FX is an independent guide. We aren’t Exness, XM, HFM or any other broker, and we aren’t their support. We can’t see your trading account, process deposits or withdrawals, unlock accounts or speed up verification.

For anything about your account, contact your broker’s support from inside its app or website. If your Exness account is registered in Kenya, that’s on exness.ke. Don’t use a support number or social media account that contacted you first.

What we can help with

  • Errors or outdated information on our pages
  • A payment method, limit or rule that has changed in your country
  • Guides you’d like us to write
  • Questions about how we review brokers

What we won’t do

  • Give personal investment advice or tell you what to trade
  • Ask for your password, verification codes, PINs or money
  • Contact you first on WhatsApp, Telegram or by phone to get you to open an account
  • Sell signals or offer to trade for you

If someone claiming to be from Nuqta FX does any of these things, it isn’t us. You can report scams to the regulator where you live: the SEC in Nigeria, the CMA in Kenya or the FSCA in South Africa. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy.
